Tasting note
Deep ruby red. Intense bouquet with dark and red fruits. Plus spicy and balsamic notes. A touch of eucalyptus and a fine wood aroma. Full-bodied on the palate, with a long aftertaste. It has the potential to mature, but it's already great fun.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a juicy fried flank steak or with Grana Padano.
