About the wine

Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet with an opaque core, a cool-spicy scent of dark berries and dried plums, hints of fine cassis confit, reinforced by a strong body, fine length and noticeable tannins on the finish. A still youthful wine with great potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats and venison, mildly seasoned meat, risotto and pasta, as well as mild hard and soft cheeses.
Vinification
12 months in new and used barriques.
