About the wine
As an aperitif wine, the New Age has become an absolute trendsetter! It is best enjoyed over ice with a lime wedge. This so-called “tincho” — young Valentine — is named after the New Age inventor Valentin Eduardo Bianchi.
Short shelf life (up to 4 years)
Tasting note
The wine shows a light, refreshing bubbling that harmonizes beautifully with the slight sweetness. It is rounded off with aromatic summer fruit aromas such as peach, melon and mango. A youthful wine for the young and the young at heart!

The hand-picked grapes for this wine come from sustainably managed vineyards in the San Rafael region. Selected yeast is added to the freshly squeezed grape juice to start the fermentation process. No additional sweeteners are used in the production of the New Age.
