About the wine
Jürg Saxer founded the estate in the wine country in the 90s. Today, his daughter Nadine continues: “My father taught me that only full commitment is rewarded with good wine.” The mother of three and studied oenologist knows what she is talking about.
Tasting note
On the nose, this red wine is fruity with a hint of roasted aromas, on the palate characterized by a beautiful melting, full-bodied and long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Swiss cuisine and cheese and meat platters.
