About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it will be this dominant red wine 2018 — Novas Gran Reserva Carménère/Cabernet Sauvignon Médaille d'Or Mondial du Vin DO. The winemaker from the Chilean winery Emiliana Organic Vineyards masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the beautiful and sunny landscape of the Valle Central. The Flaschenpost team promises a dining experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or red meat.

Tasting note
This cru is characterized by a deep ruby red color. The limited yields and manual harvesting give it an intense bouquet of ripe fruits, strawberries, churches and mocha. The ageing in oak barrels gives this wine a good structure, silk tannins and notes of vanilla.

Goes well with grilled or differently prepared meats.
