Medium yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh-looking, aromatically very well accentuated nose. Aromas of ripe pome fruit, flowers and almonds, followed by mineral notes and a touch of blossom honey. Juicy and full-bodied on the palate, wonderful texture with elegant, well-supporting acidity. Fruity and spicy with notes of herbs. Very nice balance. The aftertaste is mineral-rich and of medium length.
