Tasting note
Color: Pale yellow color with golden reflections and elegant perlage. Nose: An expressive nose with intense fruity notes, characterized by white flowers and white grapes. Palate: Balanced on the palate, good structure with a persistent finish.

Vinification
Process that pollutes the wine significantly less than other extraction methods. This process allows alcohol extraction at temperatures below 30 °C, so that no impairment of the wine can occur. The wine is heated to 29°C. At this temperature, the alcohol starts to boil and slowly evaporates. Overall, this process takes only a few minutes and is therefore very gentle on the wine. The computer-controlled process guarantees optimal and very accurate dealcoholization.
