About the wine
The calcareous, sloping soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Moillard-Grivot knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. With this powerful Pinot Noir 2013 — Nuits-Saint-Georges ac M.-Grivot M.O., the term taste takes on a new meaning. Tasting note
Medium-density ruby red with medium cherry-red reflections. Ripe-fruity bouquet, typical of the variety, of raspberries, lively, peppery spice, delicate animal notes of leather, fine, toasted aroma notes. Long drink, medium-bodied, elegant and delicate, present acidity, mineral in the finale. Seduces with fruit and the lightness of dance.

Goes well with veal fillet filled with fresh herbs.
