The Prestige Cuvée 1086 is the best that Nyetimber has to offer, with seductive aromas and excellent texture. The 1086 is the first Prestige Cuvée made in England and represents the pinnacle of winemaking. The 2010 vintage has a rich and generous fruit character in addition to a spicy and caramelized taste (the result of almost a decade of aging). Its texture and richness make it possible to pair it with some of the most decadent and complex foods that highlight the exquisite character of wine. Accompany him with lobster, sole, turbot, or oysters. The 1086 is characterized by its balance, acidity, length and texture, which combine seamlessly on the palate. Complex aromas such as fresh grapefruit, nougat and fine minerality. On the palate, it is delicate yet generous, with great intensity and a nice hint of vanilla on the wonderfully long finish.
