About the wine
The winemaker from the German winery Salwey has absolutely mastered his craft. Tasting note
Classic Pinot Noir, which, in addition to pure fruit, also has spice and minerality, paired with light smoke aromas. The fruit aromas are determined by berries. The RS requires two years of bottle storage to develop a velvety tannin structure and to absorb the acid. Only then does its full potential come into its own.
