About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Tenuta di Biserno has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and blooming landscape of Tuscany. Tasting note
Light straw yellow in the glass, aromas of citrus fruits on the nose. On the palate, a slight minerality, juicy acidity and notes of lemongrass, lime and light herbal notes.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif or with hard cheese and seafood.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the Vermentino and Viognier assemblage is completed. Finally, the wine matures a bit in the bottle.
