Tasting note
The wine shines in soft salmon pink and shines with a sophisticated, interwoven, fruity bouquet and typical Pinot nose. This is reminiscent of ripe strawberries and ice cream sweets, fragrant and fresh. Refreshingly fruity, elegant and lively at the start with a lively acid structure, subtle caramel note and soft structure, well balanced with refreshing acidity and distinctive residual sweetness.
Culinary recommendation
A rosé wine is simply perfect for many occasions, for example as a light and fruity wine on a warm summer evening in the garden. Goes well with appetizers, exotic dishes, poultry.
Vinification
Rosé wines are usually made from red grape varieties. There are different procedures for making rosé wines. One option is to let the grape juice sit on the mash for a few hours before fermentation. During this time, so many dyes are already added to the must that it can be fermented without husks and still has a beautiful light pink hue.
