Tasting note
Zweigelt from the great sparkling wine year 2010 Light pink, extremely fine perlage. Subtle, delicately spicy bouquet, wonderfully fresh. Rescher prelude, dewy raspberry note, berry middle section, long, structured finish. Incredibly long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif and with strong soups and dark meat. Tastes best from white wine glasses at 8-9°
Vinification
9 years on fine yeast and traditional bottle fermentation.
