Tasting note
Excellent Chardonnay with clear, pure fruit, some quince, honey, white flowers. Racy, mineral, juicy acidity, beautifully buffered by subtle, soft extract. Long lingering with fruit and some caramel and saffron. Nice food companion.
Culinary recommendation
With fish, poultry, cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation with grapes own yeasts in concrete eggs and French barriques.
