About the wine
Pure Merlot from sticks over 60 years old. The Merlot grapes are concentrated by drying, then aged in French oak barriques: red berries, plums, leather, cedar, the enumeration can be continued for a long time. This top wine is only available in small quantities every year. A monumental wine that is not always available.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Pleasantly velvety wine with notes of ripe red fruits, slight nuances of leather, truffle and liquorice. Great body, perfect structure, a rich but balanced Merlot, enveloping and powerful.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, charcuterie Mediterranean cuisine, veal.
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The maturation in French oak barrels lasts 36 months.
