The still young Azienda Rocca di Frassinello, led by its director Alessandro Cellai and inspired by the great initial successes, has created another wine: Ornello, a fun combination of four types of grapes that complement each other harmoniously. Did you think of old traditions, where the winegrower usually grew different varieties in order to schedule the work in the vineyard, including the harvest, and to distribute the risks to which the vines and grapes are exposed? However, the experiment was successful; a delightfully mouthing wine was created for every day.
