About the wine
Fertile and blooming landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Agricola Paolo Cottini conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The powerful Shiraz 2014 — Paco IGT Rosso Veronese Paolo Cottini is the missing puzzle piece in your wine rack. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Shiraz with venison or roasted vegetables.

Tasting note
A wonderfully ripe and opulent wine with the scent of preserved cherries, rosemary, licorice and rum pot. Cherry, plum, cocoa and leather on the tongue. Powerful and at the same time very round and elegant. Very limited production.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with venison, lamb and cheese.
Vinification
Before vinification, the grapes are gently dried in well-ventilated rooms for around 30 days. Then aged for 12 months in new and used barriques.
