Tasting note
The open bouquet consists of elegant fruit, the subtle aroma of red garden berries. The body is delicately structured. The finish is also slender and acidic — the persistent taste of red berries and dark cocoa notes is remarkable.

Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 19 months in new barrels of French Allier oak.
