Resting on your laurels and finishing touches? Not an issue. Fascinated by the richness of the great outdoors, the passionate winemakers fundamentally replaced their basis. What only grands crus usually afford, they go through from the cult vineyard Salzberg to the fruity base Zweigelt: organic viticulture of a substantial kind thanks to bio-dynamic ideas. There is minimal intervention in vinification in favor of exciting, non-conformist wines, which are advantageously aerated before consumption. The Pannobile combines the best of Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt in line with the passion of the exemplary Pannobile group. A great wine with wonderful cherry fruit and a noble structure.
