About the wine
With the delicious Parcela Unica from 2012, you will positively surprise your guests. Sunny landscapes in Vinho Verde give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Anselmo Mendes conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
Medium yellow color. On the nose, very fine aromas of yellow fruits, which express the high quality of the wood. Elegant and extremely mineral with smoky nuances. Excellent structure and acidity. Long, very elegant finish with the delicacy of the Alvarinho variety.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mushrooms, poultry, saltwater fish, asparagus
Vinification
Alvarinho grapes from a single vineyard, fermented in 400l new French oak barrels and then the wine is aged for a further 9 months in battonage barrels.
