About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the delicious Pardusco Escolha DOC Vinho Verde, which was produced in 2019. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Anselmo Mendes masters this red wine in the sunny landscape in Vinho Verde.

Tasting note
Bright ruby red color. Ripe aromas of red berries with a mineral touch. The palate presents a pleasant acidity, which shows invigorating freshness together with a good structure.

Goes well with aperitifs, charcuterie, Mediterranean cuisine, poultry, saltwater fish
Vinification
Hand picked at a perfect time to ripen. Grapes are destemmed and then subjected to cold maceration. Long fermentation at a low temperature. Complete malolactic fermentation.
