Tasting note
Passi di Orma is the newest among Bolgheri wines from the house Podere Orma. The grapes from clayey, stony and mineral soils are harvested by hand. Intense ruby red with purple reflections. Beautiful bouquet with aromas of ripe red fruits, such as blueberries and blackberries, and subtle notes of coffee. On the palate, the Passi di Orma is very gentle and soft, clearly structured and well balanced with a perfect tannin structure.

Flaschenpost team recommends this Passi di Orma Bolgheri DOC to accompany ribeye steak, gruyère burgers and red meat. Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The following period is the ideal phase of enjoyment for this wine: Now until 2024.
