Bio
Tasting note
Nice, thick ruby red. The bouquet unfolds fruity aromas of ripe berries, plums, fine spicy notes and a touch of jam. On the palate, full-bodied, juicy and fruity, powerful and very balanced with delicate notes of dried fruit. Well-woven tannins. Its almost creamy texture leaves an impression of finesse and elegance on the palate, right down to the finale.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with classic Italian cuisine as well as stews, stew, spare ribs, lamb, game, grilled meats and gigot. It also goes very well with Thai cuisine.
Vinification
Dry the grapes. Construction without the use of wood.
