Tasting note
A sweet passito with notes of ripe fruit, made from grapes of the Zibibbo variety. The bouquet contains the characteristics and characteristic features that only the sun of Sicily can give to the berries.
Culinary recommendation
Passo Passo is a pleasant wine, and not only in combination with desserts. When served cold, it is also perfect as an aperitif. Nevertheless, the wine goes perfectly with the typical dessert of western Sicily la Cassatella, which is made from ricotta cream.
Vinification
The name suggests the peculiarity of this product: from the late harvest to the drying of the grapes in the cellar, the Passopasso is made according to the times of nature.
