About the wine
Cantine Risveglio was founded in 1958 by a group of winemakers in Brindisi. The company has constantly expanded and has grown to become one of the most representative wineries in Puglia to this day. The wines were immediately well received by our customers. Giovanni Nardelli, president of the winery, is a showcase of southern Italian hospitality and passionate winemaking.
Tasting note
Intensive rote Farbe mit violetten Reflexen. In der Nase intensiv und konsequent, mit dem typischen Aroma der autochthonen Traubensorte. Im Mund zeigt er sich angenehm fruchtig und ausgewogen mit deutlichen Röstnoten.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2020.
Vinification
The Pecoranera Rosso Puglia IGT was removed in stainless steel tanks.
