About the wine
The Val di Foro is a valley between the Majella and the Adriatic Sea with a unique microclimate. This creates the perfect environment for growing a special grape such as Montepulciano. When planning the winery, care was taken from the outset to ensure that it merges with the surrounding area in order to keep the visual and ecological effects as low as possible. The wine cellar, which was recently built using the best technologies, is located in the middle of the vineyards on the south side of the valley.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, white peach, pineapple, Fuji apple, acacia flowers. Fresh and tasty on the palate, with the return of the typical notes of white peach and Fuji apple.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with cheese, spiced vegetables, seafood and long lobsters.
Vinification
Harvest the grapes by hand only in the early morning hours, in the second decade of September. The grapes are pressed whole. Subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine rests on the fine lees for 3 months.
