About the wine
With a lot of passion, enthusiasm and love for nature, Elisabetta Gepetti has been producing first-class wines for almost 40 years on her estate Fattoria Le Pupille in the southwest of Tuscany. Among others, this Pelofino Rosso IGT.
Tasting note
Ruby red color. On the nose, fruity notes of cherry compote and bananas. Good fullness on the palate, fine tannins. On the finish, nice melting, fine tannins. Beautiful typical Tuscan! Goes perfectly with hearty stews and dark meat.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with beef, lamb, veal, poultry or smoked meats.
