About the wine
Picturesque and enchanting landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Resalte conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Deep dark red, high density Intensive and complex nose. Aromas of dark and ripe fruit, liquorice and coffee. Elegant and harmonious on the palate, good and complex structure, balanced with well-integrated tannins, light and fine roasted aromas. Long and persistent finish with renewed notes of ripe fruit, spices and a mineral note.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
Vinification
18 months in barrel, 80% of which in French barriques and 20% in American barriques.
