Tasting note
The Bin 51 impresses with its wonderful finesse and elegance with typical mineral character and natural acidity. Floral notes are reminiscent of white spring flowers, fresh limes and some pebbles. Fruits from the climatically cooler Eden Valley are immediately recognized and reinforce the regional characteristics. The palate is predominantly citrus fruits and green apples, as well as grated cucumbers and subtle juniper berries. Typical petrol notes are present and yet show up differently down under. Enjoy immediately, the wine is ready!
