About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Alejandro Fernandez masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the enchanting and magnificent landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Tempranillo with barbecue or polenta.
Tasting note
The fruity bouquet of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The present nuances of prune, clove and marmalade create their individual texture. A strong body and present acidity result in the fruity red wine, which harmoniously shows a lot of character and class with fine tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is slightly chilled 16°-18°C. Flaschenpost team tip: Goes perfectly with polenta, lasagna and barbecue.
