With a lot of emotion and experience, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Imesch Vins ensures that his craft inspires and convinces you. Tasting note
A slightly coppery yellow robe reminiscent of wheat ears. Intense, spicy bouquet with citrus fruit notes and soft accents of pineapple and apricot. In the mouth, a complex, fine, harmonious wine with a slightly salty finish.
Vinification
This name stands for the most original and exclusive wine in Valais and also for one of its most remarkable white wines. This grape variety appreciates light, poor, well-irrigated soils. It develops its full potential on sunny slopes.
