Tasting note
Vivid pale yellow with lime green shimmer. Subtle, lively, intense floral and fruit bouquet with distinct citrus notes. Vivid, fresh yet flattering. Complex fruit aromas that are increasingly developing. Virile, slightly salty finish.

Goes well with crawfish, fish terrine, poultry with cream sauce, alpine cheese and tommes and fresh hard cheese.
