About the wine
You can describe the landscape of Valais with words such as hilly or mountainous. However, the Swiss winery Provins is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This petite arvine can be served very well with rice dishes or toast Hawaii.
Tasting note
A fresh golden yellow wine with an intense pear bouquet, along with some grapefruit and lychee as well as floral and spicy notes of linden blossom and vanilla, rounded off by fine honey notes. The fruit is supported by a medium-full and quite soft structure. On the palate, there are also some candy and mineral aspects in addition to the aromas mentioned.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled or fried fish.

Traditional winemaking in stainless steel tanks, aging on fine yeast.
