About the wine

The vineyards are located in the hamlet of Molignon in the municipalities of Sion and Grimisuat on the right bank of the Rhone.

Adrian MathierWhite wine | 75cl13.512°-14°CThe special character of this wine is due to Petite Arvine. Distinctive shades of black cherry give it its refreshing structures.
Tasting note
The complex aromas are reminiscent of ripe fruits, dominated by rhubarb compote and grapefruit. Light in the potion. The palate develops a balanced, complex structure with a very nice, ripe acidity and the salty finish typical of Petit Arvine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a gilthead bream with a sprig of thyme and lemon wedge cooked in the oven.
Vinification
Traditional maturation in stainless steel tanks.
