Light straw yellow — fresh, fruity nose with aromas of various citrus and stone fruits. On the palate, spicy and peppery notes are joined by fruity notes of peaches, plums, apricots, oranges, tangerines and lemons. You can also taste a whiff of brioche, which is due to the remaining yeasts in the bottle. After an initial spontaneous fermentation in lightly toasted French oak barrels, the must was bottled with a residual sugar content of approx. 20 g/l, so that the remaining fermentation ensured the desired carbonic acid content. The wine has a rich texture, a very pleasant acidity and a delicate finish with a subtle perlage.
