About the wine

The blackberry-cherry bouquet is typical of Sangiovese. The untoasted oak finish creates subtle wood notes, and the charmer snuggles the palate in slender elegance. “Italian Red Wine of the Year 2023” by Gambero Rosso.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red color. Fruity bouquet with distinctive notes of ripe fruit, cherries and blackberries.
Culinary recommendation
Pairs well with pasta, pizza, beef, veal and poultry.
Vinification
Fermentation for 14-15 days in raw concrete vats at a maximum temperature of 28°C. Aging in French oak barrels for about 13 months.
