Tasting note

Vinification
A cuvée made from Petit Manseng, Muscat, Bouboulenc, Sauvignon Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier and Marsanne grape varieties. Classic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by cold filtration.
