Tasting note
Dense ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose, superficially spicy notes, complemented by the scent of ripe cherries and red berries. Velvety tannins on the palate, medium-weight and balanced.

Vinification
Traditional and cold mash fermentation on the skin. It is then aged for 12 months in large oak barrels.
