This provocative white wine 2014 — Piere Sauvignon Blanc, doc/mo crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Blooming and fertile landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Vie die Romans conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Sauvignon Blanc with goat cheese or mussels.

Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Temperature-controlled slow fermentation of the destemmed and crushed berries with selected yeasts in large barrels, 7 months storage on fine yeast and 13 months bottle aging.
