This provocative Garganega 2015 — Soave “Cru Pieve Vecchia” DOC crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Blooming and fertile landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Gino Fasoli conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this Garganega with pasta or poultry.

The fruity bouquet of passion fruit, peach and almond shows aromatic complexity and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of lemon, lime and apple shape its individual texture. Slim body and dominant acidity result in the fruity white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The organic white wine tastes best at slightly chilled 10°-12°C. Flaschenpost team is recommended with truffles, poultry and asparagus.
