A color like the Dark Side of the Moon with light pink notes. Extremely condensed like the pop album by Waters, Gilmoure, Mason and Wright. Powerful, berry with sweet fruit notes, excellent with a rich mock from the grill - a wine that is otherwise only known from the Banyuls area. In this extraordinarily dry year, the ancient vines have drawn their strength almost exclusively from the tears of the moon (morning dew). The alcoholic fermentation took place in stone lagares, then the wine was aged in barriques. Despite its immense power, the wine is balanced, with a nice acid structure and is by no means alcoholic.
