The winemaker from the Italian winery Chistoph Tiefenbrunner has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the blooming and fertile landscape of South Tyrol. Tasting note
This Pinot Bianco is youthful, fresh and elegant. Bright pale yellow in color, floral and delicately fruity on the nose: apple tones and tropical fruits dominate the bouquet. A pleasant, fresh acidity accompanies this mineral wine with a nice, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Drink this white wine at slightly chilled 10°-12°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: It goes well with pulpo, smoked salmon and roasted poultry.
