Nur jahrzehntelange Erfahrung und etliche Experimente ermöglichen es dem Winzer, die massgeschneiderte Lösung zu finden. In ihrer während beinahe zwanzig Jahren Schritt für Schritt vergrösserten und perfektionierte Kellerei inmitten der eigenen Rebberge entstehen so Weine von kaum zu übertreffender Sortentypizität, charaktervoll und harmonisch, wie das Beispiel diese Pinot Grigio Jahr für Jahr eindrücklich demonstriert.
