About the wine
The wine house Pasqua is a long-established family business, which was founded in 1925 by four brothers. Since its creation in the early 1980s, the Cecilia Beretta line has been an experimental stage for Pasqua to modernize its traditional plants. In the meantime, the enormous investments have paid off. The vines have reached an interesting age and a noticeable leap in quality has occurred. Today Cecilia Beretta presents a line that is second to none, new dimensions of aromatic finesse and elegant taste.
Tasting note
Pale lemon yellow. Aromatic with notes of lemon and quince, attractive yeast notes. Soft and round on the palate, mild acidity, fresh citrus fruits, harmonious, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mature cheeses, dark chocolate.
Vinification
Cool fermentation at 16 to 18 degrees, maturation in stainless steel tanks
