About the wine
Give yourself and your guests joy for the senses with the delicious Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC from 2017! With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Serpaia di Endrizzi masters this white wine in the picturesque and blooming landscape of Trentino.
Tasting note
The bouquet captivates with a delicate scent of Williams pear and white lilac; wonderfully dry, full and harmonious on the palate, an elegant fruit acidity that gives the wine a natural freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, antipasti, salmon and other fish specialties.
Vinification
In many wine-growing regions, this grape variety is developed vigorously and with a high alcohol content, not so with Endrizzi. To maintain freshness, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel at the lowest possible temperature. The aroma is deliberately enhanced by refining on our own yeast. The result is a pleasantly light and aromatic wine.
