About the wine
The winemaker from the South African winery Fairview masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the enchanting and sunny landscape of the coastal region. Give yourself joy for the senses with the delicious Pinot Grigio from 2021!
Tasting note
The grapes were harvested by hand at 21 degrees Balling, gently crushed and pressed. After settling for 48 hours, the clean juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, only free-fall juice was used. The wine spent time on fine yeasts before it was stabilized and bottled.
