About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Zind-Humbrecht greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Alsace countryside. We have a special, dominant white wine from 2014 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this pinot gris with ceviche or sea bass.

Tasting note
A mineral pinot gris with aromas of citrus fruits, white stone fruit and quince, light smoky notes. The juicy acidity ensures balance and structure, plus a long finish.

Goes well with aperitifs, Asian cuisine, asparagus and vegetables.
Vinification
24 year old vines. After storage on the yeast, it is aged in large wooden barrels.
