The winemaker from the Stefan Gysel winery grows this wine in the countryside. With the fine Aagne Pinot Noir Classic AOC Schaffhausen from 2015, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Shining ruby Aromas ranging from raspberry, ripe strawberries to currants. Medium fullness on the palate with a fine tannin structure and an aromatic finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cold cheese and meat platters, white meat and everyday cuisine, etc.
Vinification
Medium yield regulation, temperature-controlled fermentation, with BSA (biological acid degradation), storage in stainless steel tanks, subsequent filtration, filling after 8-10 mt. expansion.
