Tasting note
Tobacco-tary spice on the nose, fruit aromas of raspberry and cherry in the foreground. Juicy dark red berry fruit on the palate, mineral texture with a finesse rich acidity and fine tannins. Highly elegant and very Burgundian with excellent development potential.
Culinary recommendation
With red meat with strong sauces, grilled meats and wild fowl, risotto and pasta, as well as hard and soft cheeses.
