About the wine
Expressive, unfiltered Pinot Noir from Salgesch with intense aromas of ripe cherries, wild berries and fine spices. Dense and juicy on the palate, with present, well-integrated tannins, lively acidity and a long, spicy finish. Powerful and authentic.

Tasting note
Beautiful, bright cherry red. Fresh and fruity on the nose, with aromas of fully ripe cherries and red berries standing out. Nice, fruity start on the palate, with silky fine tannins that develop very pleasantly on the finish. Very harmonious and balanced. The fruit of Pinot Noir is fully effective.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with venison, pork, cheese platters, veal, grilled meats and poultry.
Vinification
Repeated soutirage (4-5 times) instead of filtration, natural clarification by moving several times. Avoid heavy pressing techniques - a vinification just like in grandfather's time. A natural deposit can form on the bottom of the bottle.
